These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of rasheedrealestatesolutions.com (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Rasheed Oridedi, REALTOR®, brokered by LPT Realty, under the Rasheed Real Estate Solutions name. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Informational purpose

The Site provides general information about real estate, rental locating, property sales, investment opportunities, neighborhoods, and related services. Site content is not legal, tax, financial, lending, engineering, appraisal, inspection, or other professional advice. You should consult an appropriately licensed professional before making decisions in those areas.

No agency or client relationship

Using the Site, submitting a form, sending an email, or calling does not by itself create a broker-client, fiduciary, agency, or other professional relationship. Any real estate representation must be established separately through the disclosures and written agreements required by applicable law and the parties.

Property and market information

Property descriptions, prices, availability, incentives, school information, market data, maps, estimates, and other information may come from third parties and may change without notice. Although reasonable efforts may be made to present useful information, no representation or warranty is made that Site content is complete, current, or error-free. Users should independently verify all material facts, measurements, restrictions, taxes, schools, flood risks, financing terms, and property conditions.

Fair housing and equal opportunity

Rasheed Real Estate Solutions supports equal housing opportunity and provides services without unlawful discrimination. Users may not use the Site to request, promote, or facilitate conduct that violates fair housing or other anti-discrimination laws.

Forms and communications

When you submit information through the Site, you represent that it is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. You consent to being contacted about your inquiry by phone, email, or text message using the information you provide. Consent to contact is not a condition of purchasing any property or service. Message and data rates may apply, and you may request that communications stop at any time.

Acceptable use

You may use the Site only for lawful personal or business purposes connected with evaluating the services offered. You may not interfere with Site security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape, copy, or harvest Site content or personal information by automated means without written permission; impersonate another person; submit false or misleading information; or use the Site in a way that infringes another party’s rights.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Site’s design, text, graphics, branding, photographs, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Rasheed Real Estate Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print limited portions for personal, non-commercial use. No other use is permitted without prior written consent.

Third-party services and links

The Site may link to property-search platforms, lenders, inspectors, title companies, government forms, social networks, or other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Rasheed Real Estate Solutions and LPT Realty do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. No guarantee is made that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, free of harmful components, or suitable for a particular transaction or investment objective.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rasheed Oridedi, Rasheed Real Estate Solutions, LPT Realty, and their respective affiliates, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rasheed Oridedi, Rasheed Real Estate Solutions, LPT Realty, and their respective affiliates, personnel, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning the Site will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are posted. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the agreement governing use of the Site.
